Fixed
- Trakt episode numbers: scrobbles and watched marks keep the addon's episode number when Trakt has that episode. When Trakt listed a different number of episodes in an earlier season, every later episode was sent shifted.
- Catalog order: a catalog an addon lists twice now appears once.
- Collections synced from the Android app that contain the same source twice now show and edit each entry correctly.
