- Hidden sidebar. Settings → Layout → Sidebar when closed offers Icons or Hidden. With
Hidden, nothing is drawn at the left edge while the menu is closed and every screen uses the
full width. Moving left from the start of any row opens the menu on the current destination;
moving right or choosing a destination closes it.
Changed
- Back leaves the app from a top-level screen (Home, Search, Library, Settings), as in other
Apple TV apps, instead of opening the menu. On detail pages, the player and dialogs, Back still
returns to the previous screen. The menu opens by moving left, in both sidebar modes. - The "Collapsed by default" option has been removed. Turned off, it kept the menu open over
the screen with nothing selectable, leaving the app unresponsive. The sidebar now always starts
closed, including when that preference arrives through sync from the Android TV app.
Fixed
- Posters no longer slide under the sidebar icons when a row is scrolled. Rows on Home,
Continue Watching, collections and Discover now end just before the icons.
