Subtitles
- The transport clearance shipped in 1.0.46 never reached mpv. The dedup guard compared only the subtitle style, and when nothing but the controls move the style is unchanged — so every such call returned early. The stored offset is part of the style and did work, which is why only half the feature was visibly broken.
- Your preferred subtitle language matched no three-letter track. Choosing Spanish against a track tagged
spa— which is what OpenSubtitles serves — produced no match at all, so the player fell through to whatever the file listed first. Same for French againstfre/fra, German againstger/deu, Dutch againstdut/nld, Chinese againstchi/zho. The picker also showedSPAinstead of the language name, and split one language into two groups. - Subtitles now also clear the seek readout, and nothing is lifted while the appearance panel is open — so the offset you are adjusting is the position the film will have.
Player
- Holding Select reached nothing inside the player. The gesture recognizer lives on the root view and playback is presented over it, so the hold that opens options on every poster did nothing here.
- Holding Select on an episode in the in-player Episodes panel now opens its options. Descriptions scroll into view while a row is focused, and moving onto a season switches to it without a press.
- The next episode keeps the release you were already watching even when the addon publishes no binge group, by matching the filename — which is most debrid sources.
- The next episode's sources are warmed before its card appears, not two minutes from the end: if you set the card to five or ten minutes out, it used to sit there with nothing loading behind it.
- The player's File row is filled for sources that send no filename hint.
