The colour ranges were read too early to exist
The stream information panel showed no Source range or Output range at all.
They were not blank — they were absent, which on screen looks the same as a feature
that was never built.
Both are read the moment the file opens, which is before the decoder has worked out
what the picture is. They are read again once it has.
The same reading builds what Nuvio tells your television about the picture. So
the frame rate was being sent and the dynamic range may well have been empty — which
is the thing 1.0.38 claimed to fix. That is the real repair here; the missing rows
were only what made it visible.
The two rows are now always drawn, and say "Not reported by mpv" when there is
nothing to report. That is an answer too.
Your Apple TV is ignoring all of it
Your panel says Adaptation de l'écran: Désactivée dans les réglages Apple TV.
Nuvio asks; tvOS declines, because content matching is switched off on the device.
Réglages → Vidéo et audio → Adapter le contenu → both switches on. Nothing in the
app can override that, by design — it is the viewer's setting, not ours.
