Removing from Continue Watching now sticks
If your watch progress comes from Trakt or Simkl, removing a row from Continue
Watching only removed it from this Apple TV. The next sync fetched the resume
point back from the service and the row returned, as though the removal had not
worked.
It now removes the resume point on the service too. Nothing else on your tracking
account is touched — the title's own resume points and nothing beyond them.
On the default local setting nothing changes; there was never anything remote to
bring the row back.
