✨ New
- "Play button opens" — pick your own sources. A new setting at the top of Settings → Quick Play: Quick Play (default, unchanged), Smart (use your pinned source, show the source list when there isn't one), or Always show sources. The Play button looks and sits exactly the same in every mode — only what happens when you press it changes. Picking a source from that list starts it immediately.
- Direct addon links can now be pinned. Validated direct streams pin like torrents do, so the rest of the series starts instantly.
- Metadata provider picker, in the Addons hub — choose which installed addon enriches details from Trakt, Simkl and MDBList, or leave it on Automatic.
- Hold-OK hint on TV — one hint for the episode list instead of a pill on every card.
🐛 Fixed
- Resume could play the wrong episode. For a show whose progress lives in a tracker's watched list rather than its continue-watching list, Play started the pilot under a "Resume · S1E2" button.
- "Prefer season packs" was silently switching off series pinning. If you had turned it off, nothing was being pinned at all and every episode searched from scratch.
- Pinned sources were re-pinned on every play, filling the pinned list with duplicates.
- A dead pinned source now recovers instead of retrying the same broken link.
- The home card, detail page and Resume button now settle on the same episode.
- Continue Watching lines up with Trakt; Simkl marks a caught-up series as watched.
- Addon Priority is reachable by keyboard on desktop — arrow to a row, Enter to pick it up, arrows to move, Enter to drop.
- Apple TV defaults to the system keyboard.
- Live TV: removing a shared source asks for confirmation, and zero-duration channels are recognised properly.
- Subtitles sit at the extreme-bottom position, and TV subtitles come back after the controls time out.
- Stream validation status moved to the player corner.
⚡ Performance
- Much lighter MDBList usage — response caches and refresh dedupe cut the API calls, including at startup.
