⚠️ Alpha build — first run, Quick Play and live TV all changed shape this time. This release is for early testers only — regular users should not install this and wait for the upcoming beta. Expect rough edges and please report anything broken.
🚀 First run, rebuilt as a stage
- Setup is now a full-screen stage in the Spotlight look, not a cramped dialog — the same flow works at every width, from a phone to a television
- "Set it up here" or "Bring it from another device" — a new first question. Already have Debrify on a phone? It walks you through sending the whole setup across, and the screen finishes itself when the transfer lands
- Typing a debrid key on a TV finally makes sense — the Debrify keyboard opens in a slot on the field you're filling, instead of leaving you hunting for a cursor
- Every screen declares where focus lands and where Back lives, so the remote never strands you mid-setup
⚡ Quick Play, on your terms
- Quick Play profiles — start from a preset (Debrify default, Addon order, Best quality, Fastest) or build your own
- Choose the source order — torrents first, addons first, both together, or one family only — how results are ranked, and whether your filters apply at all
- Relax the filters when nothing matches rather than coming back empty-handed
- Move on when a source fails, with a cap on attempts, per-addon and overall timeouts, direct-link handling, and how season packs get picked
- Fixes: a chosen source order is now honoured on the auto-advance path too, and an ordered profile no longer queries the second family once the first has given it something to play
📡 Live TV heals instead of pausing
- A live stream that stalls, drops or dies recovers on its own — the player re-tunes rather than sitting on a spinner
- The same recovery machine runs on both the Flutter and the native TV player, with tune diagnostics behind it
🏠 Home
- Arrange your Home rows. Settings › Home Screen › Home Rows gained an Arrange mode — drag by the handle on touch, or press OK to pick a row up, ↑↓ to move it and OK to drop it on a remote
- Hidden rows keep their place and return to it when you switch them back on; rows that appear later (a new addon, a tracker you connect) append instead of scrambling what you arranged
- Spotlight shelves that load as you reach them no longer swallow the press that loaded them, and a slow addon can't yank focus back after you've moved on
🎬 Details
- On touch, Showcase bands arrive as you reach them — each section fades and rises the first time it crosses into view, then holds still while you read it
- The season pill answers a finger, not just OK — it was dead under a thumb on tablets
