Debug build for issue #147.

This build resets the browser opening-screen state on a fresh app/process start while preserving the current destination during normal Activity recreation. It also applies launcher re-entry correctly.

Verification:

testDebugUnitTest passed
lintDebug passed
Debug APK and Android-test APK built
Device/emulator instrumentation was not run because no device was attached
