Critical voice fix plus two settings fixes.

Fixed

• App no longer quits after voice transcription — an AppKit NSPanel call ran on a worker thread; it now hops to the main thread, so Copyosity survives every transcription.
• Version shows in Settings → Updates (settings window was missing the core:app capability).
• Settings gets a Dock icon and no longer vanishes — Regular activation policy while open, Accessory (menu-bar-only) when closed.

Requires macOS 12+. Apple Silicon → Copyosity_0.6.5_aarch64.dmg; Intel → Copyosity_0.6.5_x86_64.dmg. Signed with Developer ID, notarized & stapled.
