Two fixes on top of 0.6.2.

Fixed

• App version now shows in Settings → Updates — the pane no longer reads Current: …. (Added the core:app capability so getVersion() resolves.)
• Switching apps hides the overlay — Cmd+Tab, clicking another window, or the Dock now dismisses the clipboard overlay. It still opens over the frontmost app without stealing focus, and ⌘↑ still hides it.
