The new feature "Global CSS loader (#10036)" which was introduced in 6.0.0.beta4 was reverted.
The related breaking change and deprecation mentioned in 6.0.0.beta4 release notes are not effective anymore. If you did not use 6.0.0.beta4 you can safely ignore the breaking changes and deprecations mentioned here and in 6.0.0.beta4 release notes.
We realized that we can make the feature better by changing the API. This is currently planned to be introduced in a future version.
