Vaadin Flow 2.0.0.alpha2

2.0 version of Flow will bring the possibility to use Polymer 3, npm and JavaScript Modules
instead of Polymer 2, Bower and HTML Imports.

The alpha2 enhances npm support features brought by alpha1.

Flow 2.0 requires that in addition to Java 8 and Maven you have node.js + npm installed.
