Vaadin Flow 2.0.0.alpha1

2.0 version of Flow will bring the possibility to use Polymer 3, npm and JavaScript Modules
instead of Polymer 2, Bower and HTML Imports.

The alpha1 build features development time npm support.

Flow 2.0 requires that in addition to Java 8 and Maven you have node.js and npm installed.
