A redesigned chat
- Settled tool calls, live tool activity, and thinking render as compact log rows
- Finished turns fold behind one elapsed-time row, with a working-for counter at the transcript tail

Fixes
- Partial streams survive relaunch, foreground recovery no longer races itself, and late events after completion are ignored
