Phase 299 — Liv AI 'Select Directory' now works (was 'Unknown error').
Liv AI's 'Work in the project → Select Directory' failed because its folder picker asks the server for a directory listing (GET /api/fs/browse) and nothing answered it → 'Unknown error'. This adds that endpoint to LivOS (admin-gated, read-only, lists folders starting from your home directory) in the exact shape Liv AI expects, so the picker now opens, lists folders, and lets you navigate + choose a project directory.
