Phase 270 — Local Agents panel cleanup (CODE ONLY; patch JS + CSS).
- One unified list: the Local Agents tab now shows a single list — AionUi's native 'Detected' strip is hidden so only LivOS's unified grid (all 20 CLIs: installed → Auth/Remove, not-installed → Install) remains.
- Aion gone from the panel: aion-cli is excluded at render/hydrate (HIDDEN_CLIS/VISIBLE_CLIS), consistent with the 269.1 picker hide. It stays in the canonical 20-CLI tuple (drift-lock) — just not rendered.
- Preserves the 269-01 Apply bar, the 268/269 Install/Auth/Remove/paste-back wiring, and the 269-04 icon cascade. Subtractive change — zero backend/Caddy/overlay diff.
Deploy: bash /opt/livos/update.sh on the box, then clear the PWA service worker + hard-refresh before checking (stale SW can mask the change).
