Hotfix over v44.67. The announcement pop-up host was mounted outside the tRPC + Theme providers, so its data query threw 'Unable to find tRPC Context' and the host silently never rendered (the desktop itself was fine on v44.67). Moved the host inside the providers; it now renders. After Update, the 'Welcome' announcement appears. Gates: ui build 0 · vitest 11/11.
