Phase 291 R2 — Liv command bar, operator feedback round.
- Working animation: removed the spinning halo; the logo just pulses.
- Permission: AionUi's real modes — Default / Plan / Accept edits / Auto-run (YOLO).
- "+" menu works like AionUi: Upload from device, Skills (n/total), MCP (n/total).
- Two-level model: pick the Agent, then its Model (Default / Sonnet / Haiku / …).
- The answer shows only in the panel below (a session transcript), not in the pill.
- Same-session follow-up: ask another question in the same conversation (kept context).
Frontend-only (talks to the live AionUi at /liv). Box-UAT: click the logo, run a command.
