Make sure to change your file mount paths if you are mounting files into the container with docker and docker-compose since the python version is now 3.14

Security/Compatibility Notes

Updated NEMO docker images to 3.14 and 3.14-slim: NEMO will now ship with the oldest version of python that is still in bugfixstate per https://devguide.python.org/versions/.
Removed support for python 3.10 (End Of Life) and added support for python 3.14 and 3.15
Added slim docker images (thanks @r-xyz for the suggestion and contribution):
- nemo image will be available as 8.2.0 and 8.2.0-slim. We recommend using the slim version unless you have a specific reason not to
- nemo_splash_pad image will be using the slim version from now on
