Upgrade notes

• This update brings in the CoreFacility concept from NEMO-Billing, so if you are using the billing plugin please update it to NEMO-Billing >= 6.0.0 at the same time as updating NEMO to avoid any issues.
• Some email templates need to be updated:
  • adjustment_request_notification_email
  • new_task_email
  • recurring_charges_reminder_email
  • reservation_warning_email
  • task_status_notification
  • staff_charge_reminder_email

New features

• Added Core Facilities, allowing to organize tools, areas and consumables into different core facilities, and set a core facility when starting a staff charge. Core facilities are only displayed in billing exports at the moment, but more options will be added later like filtering tools in calendar or tool control, etc. You can decide to require Core facilities for tools, areas, consumables in Customization -> Core facilities. • Added new EMAIL_OVERRIDE setting to direct all emails to one email address (useful for testing). Thanks @neilcoplin for the contribution!
• Added "block" permissions to allow specifically blocking users from performing certain actions. The permissions are available in Detailed administration -> Permissions. Any user with a block permission (either assigned directly or through a group) will be blocked from doing that action. Available block permissions are:
  • block_create_reservations
  • block_create_outages
  • block_enable_tools
  • block_enter_any_areas
  • block_bill_projects
  • block_qualify_on_tools

• Fixed small bug in post usage questions when using a group with a max number of 1 or less, which was showing the add button when it shouldn't
