Android app version name: u2, version code: 5. This release brings support for 12 new locations, with warm and cold recommendations.

• Display Warm and Cold location recommendation to user
  • Warm: Location with available server capacity to connect immediately.
  • Cold: Location is fully serverless, on connect a server will be provisioned on-demand.
• Gracefully handle token expiration.
