Fix
- Removed superscript characters from panes since not all terminals/fonts supports that and some terminals broke resterm UI because of those characters.
- Some users rapported that green color for response tab could "falsy" indicate that response was 2xx. Changed default response pane color to more purple instead of green to follow active response tab. It's still fully customizable.
