- Fixed a word-wrap rendering issue where ANSI styling from indentation prefixes (bold, color) could "bleed" into the actual content on continuation lines. The continuation prefix now keeps its styling isolated and explicit resets in the prefix are preserved so they don't get stripped during response extraction. In practice, this means wrapped lines will no longer incorrectly appear as bold.
