- Fixed Reasoning Effort UI: Removed xhigh reasoning to prevent failures. Add "Unset" as the default reasoning level.
- Future proof: Add code to future proof the "X-ray mode" in-text dictionary button, inline with future updates to KOReader. Thanks to @jospalau for pointing this out.
