Changed

  • The weekly meal plan fits on a phone. A single dish took 172 px of vertical space to say
sixteen characters, because its title, its actions and a dashed "add another" strip each claimed a
row of their own. A meal is now one row — title and ingredient count on the left, its actions at
the end — the same shape the three neighbouring Kitchen tabs have used for a year. One week went
from 5830 px of scrolling to 3056 px, so a whole day now fits on one screen instead of filling it
with two meals. Nothing was hidden away: every action stays visible, it just no longer costs its
own line. The per-slot "add another meal" button is gone on phones, where a labelled "Add meal"
button already sits under every day — there were 34 ways to add a meal on a screen showing 27 of
them. On tablets and desktops, where the empty slots are visible and that button does not exist,
    it stays.
  • "Today" looks the same everywhere it is marked. The week planner tinted both the weekday and
the date in the Kitchen colour, which was a third way of saying today next to the two the calendar
already had. It now carries the same filled accent mark the calendar's month and week views use.
The cycle calendar had the same problem with consequences: it ringed today in the Health colour,
the one tone in that grid closest to the period colour — and today is often a logged day, so both
rings met on the same cell. Measured perceptual distance to the period colour rose from 17.2 to
31.5 in light mode and from 14.3 to 26.0 in dark.
