- Every member arranges their own overview (#585). Which tiles the board shows, in what order and at what size, was stored once for the whole household: whoever took the cycle tile off their board took it off everyone's, and whoever pulled tasks to the top moved them for the children too. A family has different needs on the same page, which is what the request said. The arrangement and the "Today at a glance" band now belong to the member who set them, stored the same way the navigation order and the calendar defaults already were. Nothing changes on upgrade: as long as nobody rearranges anything, everyone keeps seeing the household's saved board, and the first personal change only affects that one person. While you are rearranging, the customize bar says that this is your board alone; "Reset" says what it resets, which the word alone no longer does now that the arrangement is personal. On a shared wall tablet the loading skeleton no longer predicts the previous member's grid after a change of user.
- Every member can take a module out of their own navigation (#673). Switching a module off was possible, but only for an admin and only for the whole household, so a member who never opens Housekeeping had it in the sidebar for good. Each row in Settings → Personal → Navigation now carries an eye button that hides that module for the person clicking it, names the module it means, and states its reason when the household has switched that module off entirely. Hiding is tidying, not a withdrawal: a link from a notification, a dashboard widget or the search still opens the page, and what someone may not reach stays a matter of permissions. Hidden modules also stop being offered as mobile favourites - and when that changes one of your three, the confirmation says which position moved instead of letting you find it on the phone later. Kitchen can be hidden as a group or one station at a time.
- Switching a module on or off for the household has its own page, Settings → Modules → Active modules (admin-only). It used to sit twelve pixels from the personal control, both unlabelled, and the one that takes a module from six people has neither a confirmation nor an undo. Personal → Navigation is now entirely yours: order, mobile favourites, and what you want to see. The page description says what the page has actually been able to do, in place of "order and mobile navigation".
Changed
- The Unraid store listing names the modules it had been missing. Both the app template and the repository profile described Yuvomi with a module list that stopped before Health, Rewards and Inventory, and still called shared expenses by its old name. Anyone reading the listing before installing now sees what the app actually ships.
- The website leads with what Yuvomi is, not with what it does not do. The homepage headline now carries the positioning - one home instead of many subscriptions - and the sub-line names the category and the modules; the two chips that already appeared in the proof bar one line below are gone.
Fixed
- The website and both READMEs no longer claim that nothing leaves your server. Yuvomi checks for a new release against the GitHub releases API every six hours, and there is no setting that turns it off. Five places said "nothing phones home" or "nothing leaves it until you say so"; all of them now name the version check as the one outbound call. Three further statements only appeared with JavaScript switched on - visitors without it were shown the older, incorrect wording.
- The English privacy policy renders its table of contents again. The page was created as a copy of the German one and inherited the stylesheet but not the markup classes, which left its 14 contents links at 18px instead of the intended 44px touch target, without the surrounding card. It also gained the separate "right to object" section the German version has.
- The install page showed a different GitHub star count than the homepage. The number is written into both pages by a build-time script; a manual edit had updated only one of them.
- Three module cards on the homepage carried another module's colour. Pantry showed the recipe colour, while Backup and API tokens - which are not modules you switch on and off - borrowed the colours of Tasks and Shared expenses. The two now share a neutral tone.
- The two floating buttons on phones no longer cover the text while you read. Both step aside when you scroll down and return when you scroll back up. The jump menu, previously hidden below 700px, is available on phones again.
