• Meals: per-ingredient category selection - When adding ingredients to a meal, each ingredient now has a category dropdown (e.g. Fruit & Vegetables, Dairy, Meat & Fish, Bakery). Categories are stored per ingredient and automatically applied when transferring to the shopping list - items appear pre-sorted in their correct category groups without any manual re-sorting (closes #33)

Technical

• DB migration v7: category column added to meal_ingredients table
• Transfer endpoints use per-ingredient categories instead of a single global category
• All 14 locales updated with new translation keys
