Swedish (Svenska) language support

Oikos now supports Swedish, contributed by @olsson82.

Select Svenska in Settings → Language to switch the interface.

Supported languages: Deutsch, English, Italiano, Svenska

Changes

• Added public/locales/sv.json with full Swedish translation
• Swedish added to SUPPORTED_LOCALES in i18n.js
• Svenska added to the language picker in Settings
• Minor corrections applied to the translation: fixed dayShortSunday (was "Sun", now "Sön") and aligned amountLabel and currency-related keys with v0.11.2
