Breaking Changes

• Removed AiPort, Bootstrap.aiports, ProtectApiClient.get_aiport/get_aiports and the aiports CLI group; private-bootstrap and websocket AiPort data is now ignored. Also removed the unused private-API members listed in #1247 (per-detection-type Camera/NVR helpers, *_public shims on private models, per-type client getters, utils.clamp_value/set_no_debug, DetectionColor, SleepStateType, among others).
