Fixed

• Redeploy no longer blocked by missing server credentials — servers deployed before credential sync had no /etc/meridian/proxy.yml, causing redeploy to fail with "stale local cache". Now gracefully proceeds with the local copy and syncs after deploy
• Deploy syncs credentials to server — proxy.yml is pushed to /etc/meridian/ after provisioning so update-stats.py cron and client mutation refresh work correctly
• E2E acme.sh stub — stub now returns rc=0 for --install-cronjob/--install-cert/--info to match new return-code checks

Added

• Reproducible redeploy command — deploy success output shows the exact meridian deploy command to redo the same configuration without the wizard
