• IPv6 support — deploy to IPv6-only or dual-stack servers with meridian deploy 2001:db8::1. IPv6 addresses are accepted everywhere: deploy, relay, probe, ping, server commands. Connection URLs bracket IPv6 per RFC 3986. Credential directories use sanitized paths. SCP, TCP connectivity, and public IP detection all handle IPv6 natively.

Fixed

• mypy type errors — ProvisionContext.credentials nullable access now guarded in CreateInbound and DeployConnectionPage steps.
