Fixed

• --server-name flag drift — deploy docs (all 4 locales) and README still referenced --server-name after it was renamed to --display-name in v3.9.0. FA/ZH flag tables also had stale --email, --xhttp, --name flags.
• PyPI sdist bloat — source distribution was 38MB because it included blog hero images, website/, tests/, and build artifacts. Now 176KB.

Added

• CI drift validators — validate_cli_docs.py checks all 19 commands' flags are documented in cli-reference.md (replaces deploy-only check). validate_apps_sync.py validates _PWA_APPS in render.py matches apps.json.
• Global flags in cli-reference — --user, --server, --sni, --domain documented once in Global flags section instead of repeated per command.
• CLAUDE.md coverage — updated all 15 existing files, created 3 new ones (layouts, i18n, content/docs). Added missing features: WARP, post-quantum, relay routing, color palettes, clock skew detection.
