Fixed

• Docker credsStore on headless servers — docker compose pull failed on old Ubuntu servers where Docker defaulted to the secretservice credential helper (D-Bus unavailable). Now stripped automatically after installation using jq. (#6, #7)
• Domain in connection page URLs — share links and deploy output now use the configured domain instead of raw server IP. SNI target shown in deploy summary when non-default. (#2, #3)

Changed

• nginx auto-upgrade — if the distro nginx is too old (< 1.16), Meridian adds the official nginx.org repo and upgrades automatically, mirroring the Docker installation pattern. Previously failed with a manual upgrade message. (#8)
