New Belchertown v2.0 release candidate

This should be very close to the final version! The skin has been comprehensively renamed to New Belchertown throughout, which includes the file paths. The installer should migrate you seamlessly. Please let me know if there are hiccups. Since the installer upgrades your existing config, downgrades will be more difficult after installing this version! I recommend you back everything up until you're sure it's working Once installed, you can delete the Belchertown folder (after copying any custom files) and the old belchertown.py file, they have been replaced with a new-belchertown folder and new_belchertown.py.
