v3.3.1 — cleaner Claude keyterms, sub-cent costs, instant subtitle status, settings save lock

A bug-fix release. The main fix is to keyterm generation with Claude models, which could mix disclaimer text into the keyterm list.

Fixed

• Cleaner keyterms from Claude models. For obscure titles, Claude models sometimes answered with a list, a disclaimer paragraph ("I couldn't verify the cast…"), then a revised list, or split the list into labelled groups ("Characters: …"). Fragments of the disclaimer ended up as keyterms, and the last term of one list fused with the first term of the next. The parser now strips labels and bullets, ignores prose, uses the revised list in place of the first one, and keeps lists wrapped in code fences. Anthropic models also now get the same system prompt as the other providers, which asks for the bare list with no caveats.
• Keyterm cost for cheap models. The result showed "Cost: $0.000" for models like Haiku 5.5 and GPT-6 Luna. Sub-cent costs now show as e.g. "$0.0002".
• Subtitle status after a batch. A file's dot turns green as soon as its batch finishes. Before, it waited for a refresh 10 seconds later, and it stayed yellow if auto-clear was off or the batch had failures.
• Keyterm estimate without an API key. The estimate is calculated locally, so it now shows a price instead of returning an error when the provider's key isn't set. Generating keyterms still needs the key.
• Language settings saved at the same moment. Two saves at once, for example from two browser tabs, could overwrite each other. Saves now take turns using a lock file next to the settings file (<SETTINGS_PATH>.lock).
• "Customize languages…" could switch the transcription language back to an old value after settings were restored or reset.
• The example compose files now forward OLLAMA_THINKING_HEADROOM and SETTINGS_PATH. Before, setting either in .env had no effect.

The technical docs now cover the v3.3 API. README screenshots and the demo GIF have been retaken on the v3.3 UI, and there's a new screenshot of the Customize languages panel.

Upgrading

Pull :3.3.1 (or :latest, :3.3) and recreate the web and worker containers. No configuration changes are needed.
