Initial alpha release for SPT 4.0

Client-only release

• Task item warning removed, as this was implemented by BSG
• The following features are not implemented yet, since I have rewrite them for the C# server
  • Empty slot linked search
  • Locked flea offer tooltip describing how to unlock it
  • Putting tools back into their original container after production
  • Keeping quickbinds of items not lost on death
