Release candidate for 1.2

Putting out an RC build because the item swapping code is tricky enough that hopefully some enterprising souls will give it a try before I upload it to the hub.

Changes from 1.1.0:

• Swap items in place, including equipped slots, mods, etc.
• Control mousewheel scrolling speed
• Hiding unimplemented options now only removes "Bang & clear", "Flash & clear", and "Move in", which are actually unimplemented. Other disabled actions, like those added by other mods, are no longer removed.
