This version adds a few new features and catches us up to the latest version of EventSub. :)
Features:
- Drops export tool (fetches entitlements using Helix)
- Subscription Verification tool, which allows you to verify if your webhook service responds to subscriptions properly. Supports both WebSub and EventSub!
Bugfixes:
- Changed EventSub time references to RFC3339Nano per recent updates
- Updated EventSub events with the proper version as production
