Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where, on iOS, the local video flickered and the microphone was acquired repeatedly while another app, such as a phone or FaceTime call, was using the microphone. The SDK now re-acquires a silent microphone track once instead of retrying, and restarts the camera if acquiring the microphone muted it.
