Pake V3.17.0

Turn any webpage into a desktop app with one command.

Changelog

1. Reopening a web app returns to the page you left; packaged home URLs, private sessions, and local apps are unchanged.
2. Linux apps on X11 no longer crash when a video starts, since the WebKit compositing workaround now applies only on Wayland.
3. Windows machines with MinGW but no Visual Studio Build Tools can build with --windows-toolchain gnu, and the default is unchanged.
4. Bad --zoom, --hide-on-close, and --config values now fail with exit code 2 and a machine-readable result.
5. An unexpected extra argument is named in the error, so an unquoted --name Google Translate explains itself.
6. Codex users can install the official skill with codex plugin marketplace add tw93/Pake and codex plugin add pake@pake.

2. Linux 上 X11 的应用不再在视频开始时崩溃，WebKit 合成参数现在只在 Wayland 下启用。
