1. 支持 Windows 打包下设置语言 pull/734 @xinyii ，支持 Linux 下使用 Docker 运行 Pake pull/762 @stone-w4tch3r，给 Linux 和 Windows 下的 App 增加了标题 pull/770 @jeasonnow。
2. 继续优化 Pake 打包网页里面关于超链接跳出的处理，解决 Mac 全屏下关闭窗口的系统 Bug。
3. 支持 Mac 下设置强制黑暗模式，可见 #dark-mode。
