Changelog

1. Clean no longer goes quiet: After App leftovers, mo clean keeps a "Checking orphaned system services..." line moving while it rechecks each service, and the Homebrew previews and Apps & utilities now show loading instead of a still screen.
2. Trash says why it was skipped: When your terminal lacks Full Disk Access, mo clean prints one line saying so instead of leaving the Trash untouched without a word, and granting that access lets it empty the Trash again.
3. Uninstall loading keeps moving: On a first scan, the "Preparing app list..." spinner keeps turning until the app list appears.

1. 清理时不再静止不动：App leftovers 之后逐个复查孤儿系统服务时，会一直显示 "Checking orphaned system services..."，Homebrew 预览和 Apps & utilities 这两段也都有 loading，不会再一停好几秒没有任何动静。
2. 废纸篓没清会说明原因：终端没有完全磁盘访问权限时，mo clean 会用一行提示说出来，不再一声不响地跳过废纸篓，给终端开了这个权限后就会照常清空。
3. 卸载时的 loading 会一直转：第一次扫描时，"Preparing app list..." 会一直转到 App 列表出来。
