1. Uninstall finishes again: a slow login item or LaunchServices step no longer stops the run with only Uninstalling X... left on screen, and any real stop now names the app and the step.
2. Uninstall works on managed Macs: when Mole cannot check for other copies of an app, it removes only the app you picked and leaves shared leftovers in place instead of refusing.
3. Installer cleanup is more careful: an unreadable folder or ZIP no longer hides the readable installers, each file is checked again right before removal, and a timeout now shows what was removed and where it stopped.
4. Analyze shows what it could not measure: folders it cannot fully read are marked partial or unknown instead of 0, and mo analyze --json reports this in scan_status.
5. Clean lists more large payloads for review: Android emulators and system images, the Hugging Face cache, mise installs, and Gradle caches now show their size, and Mole never deletes them.
6. Status stops retrying too fast: after a failed probe, the dashboard and mo status --watch wait before collecting again and keep the measurements that did succeed.

1. 卸载能正常走完：登录项或 LaunchServices 这类步骤变慢时，不再中途停下只剩 Uninstalling X...，真正停下时也会说明是哪个 app、哪一步。
2. 企业管理的 Mac 也能卸载：Mole 无法检查同一 app 的其他副本时，改为只删除你选中的 app，共享残留保持不动，不再直接拒绝。
3. 安装包清理更稳妥：某个文件夹或 ZIP 读不了时不再连带隐藏可读的安装包，删除前会再核对一次文件，超时时也会显示已删除的内容和停在哪个文件。
4. Analyze 会标出没能测完的部分：读不全的文件夹显示为部分或未知，不再显示为 0，mo analyze --json 通过 scan_status 给出同样的信息。
5. Clean 提示更多大文件供你自行处理：Android 模拟器和系统镜像、Hugging Face 缓存、mise 安装的运行时和 Gradle 缓存会显示体积，Mole 不会删除它们。
6. Status 不再频繁重试：探测失败后，仪表盘和 mo status --watch 会等一段时间再采集，已经成功的数据也会保留。
