1. mo clean: Reclaim the multi-GB git worktrees Claude Code and similar agents leave under .claude/worktrees/. Opt in with MOLE_AGENT_WORKTREES=1; only fully clean ones are removed.
2. mo clean: New rebuildable-cache cleanup for Chrome DevTools MCP, Neat Download Manager, Spacedrive, QQ Music, Tencent Video, and CodeBuddy, plus OrbStack storage visibility, all preserving your data.
3. mo optimize: Dropped two destructive tasks. Dock Refresh no longer deletes the wallpaper database that reset your desktop, and Font Cache Rebuild is gone after it broke glyph rendering in Electron apps.
4. mo optimize: Prune orphaned Spotlight search rules left by uninstalled apps, keeping all System.* and com.apple.* rules.
5. mo status: Battery health now matches System Settings and the Mac app, plus a one-line health diagnosis instead of raw numbers.
6. mo uninstall: Independent CLI tool dotdirs survive same-named apps, system process names are refused, and backup-volume app clones are deduped.
7. Performance & integrity: Orphan-scan lookups about 15x faster, install.sh verifies the release build attestation, and cached sudo is reused across uninstall steps.
8. Bug fixes: Installer deletion counts corrected, switching back to the stable update channel works, and a read-only mo history shows recent cleanup activity.
