Changelog

1. Preview sets English with the system face, instead of borrowing the Latin glyphs of whichever Chinese font is selected
2. Body text and headings share one antialiasing mode, so a line no longer mixes two stroke weights
3. Fonts without a real bold weight no longer get a synthesized one, which used to merge strokes in headings
4. The font pickers group into recommended, Chinese and Latin instead of listing every installed family, and the code picker lists only monospaced faces
5. Font names follow the interface language, so Chinese users read 苹方-简 and 宋体-简
6. The Sparkle update sheet shows release notes in the system language rather than stacking both

1. 预览的英文改由系统字体排版，选中文字体时不再拿它的西文字形凑数，中英混排明显干净
2. 统一正文和标题的抗锯齿，同一行里正文和加粗不再是两种笔画粗细
3. 没有真粗字重的字体不再合成伪粗体，标题和加粗的笔画不会糊在一起
4. 字体设置从系统里的两百多个收成推荐、中文、西文三组，代码字体只列等宽
5. 字体名跟着界面语言显示，中文下是苹方-简、宋体-简这样的名字
6. Sparkle 更新提示按系统语言显示更新日志，不再中英两份叠在一起
