Two visible fixes, with quieter rails behind them.

1. Chinese Slides No Longer Garbled — The CN slides-weasy.html font stack now keeps body and table text on TsangerJinKai02, instead of falling into a system sans path that produced unreadable glyphs in some PDF readers (issue #18).

2. Install Path Realigned for Claude Code v2.1.136+ — README, three locale index pages, and llms.txt now lead with the npx skills add route, sidestepping a v2.1.136–138 plugin path regression that breaks /plugin install kami@kami (issue #19, upstream anthropics/claude-code#57570). Existing installs are unaffected.

3. Behind the scenes — CI now runs build.py --check, the test suite, and a smoke build on every push and PR; V* tags auto-build and upload kami.zip. Test suite grew from 12 to 42 cases. --check-density runs ~6× faster on sparse pages when numpy is available.
