1. Single delivery gate: document checks used to be a dozen separate commands invoked one at a time, and build.py --deliver now runs all of them in a fixed order, renders the PDF, exports page images, and reports READY or NOT READY.
2. On-demand references: SKILL.md drops from 44 KB to 19 KB and a new document no longer reads the full design spec, since the page density, resume, product site, and chart rules now load only for the type that needs them.
3. Korean serif fallback: without Source Han Serif KR the Korean templates used to fall to the Apple SD Gothic Neo sans, and they now fall to the Nanum Myeongjo or AppleMyungjo serif first, which the font check accepts.
4. Fewer false failures: checks resolve relative paths from the document's folder instead of the skill folder, the resume templates pass their own style rule, the author placeholder is left for the renderer, and a short last page no longer warns.

3. 韩文衬线回退：缺少 Source Han Serif KR 时，韩文模板此前会回退为黑体，现在回退到 Nanum Myeongjo 或 AppleMyungjo 衬线，字体检查同样认可。
4. 误报减少：检查命令的相对路径改为从文档所在目录解析，简历模板能通过自身的样式规则，作者占位符留给渲染器填写，多页文档的最后一页不再因篇幅短而告警。
