This is a bugfix release to increase the stability of Tusky
- fixes a bug where the wrong status visibility was preselected when replying to a direct message
- fixes a crash when sharing to Tusky while not being logged in
- fixes a crash on Android 9 when replying from a system notification
- fixes a crash when muting/blocking users from their profile
- fixes a bug where images very scaled wrongly in the detail view
- some code cleanup
- improved translations
