- Operating System Support: Full support has been provided for Windows 11 version 26H2.
- System Theme Update: The system accent color is now applied to buttons, icons, selection elements, and menu highlights. The lighter shade is used in dark mode, while the original shade is used in light mode. All colors are sourced from the actual Windows system palette.
- Port Scanning Tool (CTRL + Shift + P): Glow now includes a next-generation network security tool that analyzes TCP/UDP ports and network listeners to help identify exposed services, unnecessary open ports, and potential security risks on your system. You can view which program is using each port along with its PID, protocol, address, connection status, exposure, and risk level, with support for automatic refresh, change tracking, fast TCP scanning of up to 5,000 ports, and exporting results. External network scans include subnet and public network warnings with an approval mechanism. This tool is designed solely to help you assess the security and network visibility of systems you own or are explicitly authorized to analyze.
- Startup and Shutdown Process Improvements: Reworked thread management and background task coordination. Improved resource management and shutdown stability to ensure a more reliable application lifecycle. Added a "Shutting down..." notification during shutdown.
- Windows License Keys: OEM (OA3) keys embedded in the UEFI BIOS are now read with priority, and the genuine license key is displayed on OEM laptops. Both 32-bit and 64-bit registry views are also scanned. Format validation is performed to prevent invalid keys from being displayed, and GVLK ordering has been corrected. The N-letter rule on Windows 8.1 and above is now applied only when necessary. In the Windows 10 ESU check, the consumer signal and the ESU license are now evaluated together.
- JSON Export: JSON support has been added to reports as the 4th export format, below the Markdown option. JSON output is generated in a structured format that preserves the section, group, and row hierarchy and can be easily processed programmatically.
- Revamped DNS Test Tool: DNS servers are now tested with real DNS queries; each server is tried 4 times and the best response time is shown, with IPv4/IPv6 results listed in separate columns. Tests can be cancelled at any time, including during the pre-check phase. Closing the window during a test requires confirmation, and the main application does not close until the test completes. The CleanBrowsing DNS service has also been added to the DNS list.
- DISM and SFC Automation Tool Update: Optimized execution time by skipping unnecessary repair operations when no corruption is detected by CheckHealth and ScanHealth; added detection of irreparable images to terminate the process with an error, and introduced an additional system log verification mechanism to improve the accuracy of inconclusive SFC results.
- Faster Internet Check: 3 different addresses are now checked simultaneously and the first response is sufficient. This reduces the waiting time with no internet connection from approximately 9 seconds to 3 seconds.
- Expanded Stealth Mode Coverage: System and network information such as Windows User Name, Computer Name, Local IP Address, Gateway, and DHCP Server is now hidden in Stealth Mode.
- Improved Stealth Mode Export and Reporting: Neutral, language-independent file names are now used for exported files. For raw reports that cannot be masked, such as battery reports and minidumps, a warning and confirmation prompt is shown before exporting.
- HTML Report Engine Update: The interface of exported HTML reports has been modernized. The card design has been made responsive to all screen sizes, with soft shadows and up-to-date design details. Print view support has been added; keyboard focus and reduced-motion preferences are supported.
- DPI and Multi-Monitor Support: Handling of different DPI scaling levels and transitions between monitors has been improved. Windows are now displayed with the correct size and position based on the scale of the monitor they open on; tabs, panels, and tables also scale more consistently across different display scales.
- Dynamic Status Information for Installed Drivers and Installed Services: Status information for drivers and services in the Installed Drivers and Installed Services sections is now automatically updated every 5 seconds. This allows you to instantly track whether a driver or service is running or stopped.
- Real-Time CPU Speed: Thanks to this new feature added to the Processor section, the real-time speed of the selected processor is displayed, including Turbo frequencies.
- Adapter-Specific DNS Information: DNS addresses are now matched with their corresponding network adapter. When the adapter is changed, the associated DNS information is also updated. Duplicate DNS servers are automatically deduplicated.
- System ID Analysis Tool Update: If an active TPM module is present in the system, the TPM manufacturer ID is now included in the analysis process. This allows hardware changes to be detected much more precisely and reliably.
- Network Troubleshooting Tool: The launch screen has been redesigned. Instead of displaying an empty list before the process starts, the actions to be performed are now presented as a preview under the "Commands to Be Executed" heading.
- Office Product Names and Channel Information Improved: Microsoft 365 (Apps/Family/Business) and Office 2010–2026 editions (Pro Plus/Standard/Home) have been updated, and Visio and Project are now displayed as separate products. Subscription channel information has been added, along with an additional registry backup to ensure accurate product name detection.
- High DPI and Windows Compatibility: Installed application icons are now displayed more accurately on high-DPI screens. Necessary improvements have been made for long file paths, UTF-8 character support, and Windows modern memory management features.
- RAM Manufacturer Detection: Different BIOS spellings (reversed codes, combined codes, etc.) are now converted to brand information more accurately. The RAM manufacturer list has been rewritten from scratch based on the official JEDEC manufacturer list.
- RAM Type Detection: DDR, LPDDR, and HBM3 memory types are now supported.
- MRDIMM Memory Support: Support has been added for MRDIMM, the next-generation server memory type.
- RAM Frequency and Voltage Information: RAM frequency and voltage are now calculated more accurately by using alternative values when information is missing.
- RAM Slot Detection: BANKs with the same name in particular are now parsed more accurately using DeviceLocator information.
- Chipset Detection: The actual chipset is now detected more accurately via PCI. This allows the Chipset information in the Motherboard section to be displayed more accurately and cleanly.
- CPU / Socket Designation Enhancement: The socket display for soldered (BGA) processors has been enhanced. For processors verified as soldered by analyzing UpgradeMethod data, soldering status information is now included alongside the motherboard location code (e.g., U3E1 (Soldered)).
- Supported Processor Features: Glow can now display advanced features offered by modern processors within the limits of C# and .NET Framework 4.8.1.
- Monitor Bit Depth: The actual panel value of each monitor is read via EDID and displayed as 32 Bit (8 bpc) or 32 Bit (10 bpc).
- Bluetooth Information Tool: Adapter scanning has been optimized, delivering results approximately 2× faster.
- New Brands in the Bluetooth Information Tool: Lite-On, ASUS, TP-Link, and Belkin adapters are now shown by name.
- TS Custom Controls Module Innovations: The TS Custom Controls module has been upgraded to v2.1. Keyboard support has been added to the scrollbar; it can now be controlled with the arrow keys, PageUp/PageDown, and Home/End keys. Keyboard focus indicators have been added for the checkbox, radio button, and scrollbar. The interface now refreshes automatically when a window is moved to a monitor with a different scaling ratio.
