Added
- When a stem model gets a fixed version, STEMS shows a bright UPDATE button and "Update available" in the model list. The old version keeps working until you click UPDATE; updating replaces it and deletes the old file.
- Stem separation keeps a log (
INTERSECT/logs/stem-separation.login your user data folder). Clicking a stem error in the status bar now also copies the details needed to help: INTERSECT and runtime versions, your GPU and driver, the model, and where it stopped.
Fixed
- BS-RoFormer SW and Mini-BS-RoFormer V2.5 now run on older NVIDIA GPUs on Windows (GTX 600/700/900 series), where they stopped with error 887A0006 because Windows reset the graphics driver. BS-RoFormer SW's stems on Windows GPUs are also correct now; before, a DirectML bug made them wrong on every GPU. Both fixes come as updated model files: click UPDATE in STEMS.
- When Windows resets the graphics driver during a GPU separation (error 887A0006, common on older NVIDIA cards such as the GTX 900 series), the message now says so instead of showing a generic GPU error. Other GPU errors also name their cause, such as running out of graphics memory.
- If the GPU hands back silence after such a reset, separation now stops with that message instead of writing silent stems.
- In the standalone app with no audio output device, loading a sample now says why it can't finish instead of doing nothing.
